I could not find a place to e-mail Crest so here goes - I have used Crest Sensitivity Original Toothpaste - Soothing Whitening Mint since I turned 55 about 10 years ago. I have never had any trouble with it and things are great. My check ups go well, my teeth are clean and they don't hurt as before.

The last time I purchased the product I got a tube that "broke" along the seam all the way from the top to the bottom. This is the first time this has happened
