Neat Squeeze tube doesn't work
Kel
This tube is a failure. We have gone through 2 tubes in the past month because we can not get the toothpaste out.
It works fine for first 1.5 weeks, and then it just stops. I am beyond frustrated about this. How can you expect children to use this if parents can't even get the toothpaste out?
I refuse to buy this again and will not recommend this product to anyone. Ever.

The fact that you're having difficulty dispensing the toothpaste from this bottle of Crest Kids Toothpaste is unusual and we will report this to our quality team. This is not something that we would expect. It’s designed so that you get as much product out of the Neat Squeeze as you can from a tube of the same size. The tube has a squeeze bottle that holds an inner bag with toothpaste. When the sides of the Neat Squeeze are squeezed, the pressure forces the toothpaste out of the nozzle. When the squeezing stops, a valve in the nozzle closes, which keeps air from getting in the bag. A valve in the bottom of the container also keeps air from going out of the Neat Squeeze bottle and puts pressure on the bag during squeezing. As you use the Neat Squeeze, the pressure from squeezing the bottle causes the bag to invert, to nearly empty all of the toothpaste. We'd still like to help, please call us at 1-877-259-0597. Thanks!

Don't buy the Neat Squeeze
BeckyDi24
I bought the Neat Squeeze, thinking my kids would enjoy it. After about 5 days of use, it quit working. We cannot get any toothpaste out. I will never buy the Neat Squeeze again.

Hate to hear you're having trouble with the Crest Neat Squeeze Package. We wouldn't expect you to have this problem. The Neat Squeeze has a squeeze bottle that holds an inner bag with toothpaste. When the sides of the Neat Squeeze are squeezed, the pressure forces the toothpaste out of the nozzle. When the squeezing stops, a valve in the nozzle closes, which keeps air from getting in the bag. A valve in the bottom of the container also keeps air from going out of the Neat Squeeze. I hope you'll give it another try!

Very frustrating packaging
Rachel
I bought this neat squeeze for my kids but the wrestling required to get the toothpaste out is dreadful. It was fine when it was full, but as we get lower we have to shake and squeeze; the kids end up with toothpaste on the wall because they're trying to get it to come out but it doesn't squeeze out so they shake it and then it flies (sometimes hitting the brush, sometimes the wall). It's not just the kids either, my hubby and I have been frustrated trying to help them as well. We love the Crest, but I'll never buy this packaging again... back to tubes!

Worst tube I've ever used

Bought the neat squeeze for first time. Been having a hard time getting toothpaste out so I cut it open and half the tube of toothpaste still remained. It says when it becomes difficult to get toothpaste out it's time for a new tube. Won't buy again. The toothpaste is fine however.
