my favorite sensitivity toothpaste

wjagr
This is my favorite brand of sensitivity toothpaste, and it whitens noticeably as a bonus. I just wish I could find it as easily as the version with the Scope mouthwash in it. (I don't like mouthwash taste in my toothpaste.)

Poorly designed tube...

Divad
It's all but impossible to squeeze the toothpaste from this tube! First, there's some sort of coating on the tube that makes it difficult to squeeze. Second - and worse - is that the tube is too wide, and there's a "balloon effect" when you squeeze the tube.
Recommendation: Remove the coating on the tube and make the tube narrower.

This review has nothing to do with the performance of the toothpaste - only with the difficulty of the tube in which it is encased. It is too rigid to successfully squeeze the paste from the poorly designed tube. And getting the last of the toothpaste out of the tube is next to impossible. Please redesign the container for ease of use.

I am sorry you are having difficulty dispensing the Crest Sensitivity from the tube. Our strict quality control devices should detect and reject any package that isn't up to our high standards. I will certainly pass your comments on to the Crest Team.

Best choice available since Crest changed products

Blue
I used original Crest Sensitivity for many years. It tasted most like the plain Crest I'd previously used, whose taste I loved, and provided sensitivity protection as good or better than any other options. Taste is paramount, since most sensitivity pastes work in the same way. So when Crest changed the product line, I was very upset. The Scope one is disgusting. Luckily, after a few months, stores had this one as well. This taste is quite palatable, and seems closer to the original Crest Sensitivity, if a tad more pepperminty. But I don't understand why there's only whitening options. I see there's a new nonwhitening one, so I'll have to try that. Please keep making this one, though!

Really works

Anonymous
I was highly satisfied with this product-so satisfied that I went online, got an account and am writting this review. I have very sensitive teeth and gums. For weeks I had aching teeth. I had used crest clinical pro-health products before and was very satisfied with how clean my teeth looked and felt. So, i was very excited to see they had one for sensitivity. I have been using it for a week now and its great-plus, no discomfort. It is a bit pricey compared to other products but it really works, and that makes it worth it.

Best Sensitivity Toothpaste on the Market

mbcrews
I have used sensitive teeth products for over 15 years, and this is by far the best one on the market right now. It takes care of my sensitive areas better than ANYTHING I have ever used. It is also priced lower than products made by the so called "leader" in sensitive teeth toothpaste. I tried this product just because it was a relatively new product, and I am so glad I took the chance. This is the only toothpaste I will use from now on.

Sore teeth and gums for weeks

rainbowsmiles
I used this product for two weeks hoping my teeth would become less sensitive. After about three days they started aching and after a week and a half they were so sore I could barely eat. The instructions say that there might be something else going on with your teeth to cause this pain, like unknown cavities or gum disease, but I recently had a check-up and they found neither. It took at least three more weeks until my pain subsided and I could eat normally again.
