I've been using this toothpaste for about the past year. As a daily tea-drinker, I'm constantly aware of the staining I can get on my teeth and used white strips and rinses to help keep my teeth white. Once I started brusing with this product, I no longer needed any other whitening help. And I've also noticed my teeth are shiny--as though polished. I'll never use another product. Oh, except I do use the nighttime version of this paste now at night. Both are excellent.
